Email Marketing

Build email campaigns and nurture programs that earn attention and keep the right conversations moving.

Email loses value when every message goes to everyone, campaigns are one-and-done or automation exists without a clear job.

01

What this service is designed to solve

Your list may be growing while useful conversations are not. The first question is whether the right people receive a relevant message at the right point in their relationship with you. We look for gaps between audience selection, campaign content and what happens after someone clicks or replies.

02

Email Marketing capabilities

Campaign planning

Calendars built around business priorities, audience needs and meaningful campaign moments.

Copy and production

Clear email copy, builds and QA centered on one primary action.

Lead nurture

Sequences that educate prospects and support longer B2B buying cycles.

Segmentation

More relevant communication based on lifecycle, behavior, account or interest.

Testing

Structured tests for subject lines, offers, cadence and calls to action.

Lifecycle programs

Onboarding, event, education, re-engagement and customer communication.

03

How we work

Review the list and the message

We review recent sends, audience segments, subscription preferences and the actions each email is meant to support. Existing campaign reports and sample messages help separate content problems from data or workflow problems.

Map the sequence and its stopping points

Define who enters a sequence, what they need to know and when messages should stop or change. A reply, meeting or purchase should lead to an appropriate next step rather than another irrelevant scheduled email.

Write, build and test

Develop the copy and email builds, then check links, personalization fallbacks, mobile presentation and the path to the landing page. Test the workflow with sample contacts before a live send.

Learn from useful actions

Review clicks, replies, completed actions and unsubscribe feedback alongside the effort required to run the program. Use those findings to prioritize the next test, not just the next send.

04

What an engagement can include

An engagement can include a list and campaign review, segmentation rules, an email calendar, a nurture map, finished copy and builds, a testing checklist and a measurement plan. The scope identifies what will be launched and what your team will maintain afterward.

Why AM Digital Studio

You work directly with Angela McPherson on both the message and the mechanics behind it. Email planning stays connected to campaign goals, contact data and the sales conversation, rather than ending when someone presses send.

06

Frequently asked questions

Can you improve the emails we already send?

Yes. We can start with an existing newsletter, follow-up sequence or lifecycle program. The review identifies which messages, segments and handoffs need attention before recommending more campaigns.

Do we need to change email platforms?

Not by default. We first assess your existing platform, available data and reporting. A platform change is a separate decision, not a prerequisite for making the current program more useful.

What is the difference between email marketing and CRM automation?

Email marketing focuses on the audience, message and sequence. CRM automation covers the data, routing and rules supporting those conversations. Projects can connect both when the problem crosses that boundary.
